Crushed Doritos Coated Chicken Tenders
Description
Whether you're serving these as an appetizer or as the main dish, these chicken tenders are fun and delicious. They are crispy and flavorful on the outside and juicy and tender on the inside. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
Ingredients
1 bag Doritos, any flavor, like Nacho Cheese
1 egg
2 T. milk
2 chicken breasts
cooking spray
Ranch dressing, blue cheese or sour cream, for serving, optional

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil; lightly spray foil with cooking spray.
Cut chicken into strips, about 3/4 inch wide.
Crush Doritos into small pieces (but not powder) until there are 1 1/2 cups .
Whisk together egg and milk in a bowl.
Dip each chicken strip first in the egg mixture and then into the crushed Doritos mixture, pressing the crushed Doritos into the chicken to make sure that the whole strip is coated.
Place on prepared baking sheet; lightly spray tops of the chicken strips with cooking spray.
Bake 15-17 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
Serve with Ranch dressing, blue cheese or sour cream, for dipping, if desired.
