Description

Whether you're serving these as an appetizer or as the main dish, these chicken tenders are fun and delicious. They are crispy and flavorful on the outside and juicy and tender on the inside. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.

Ingredients

• 1 bag Doritos, any flavor, like Nacho Cheese
• 1 egg
• 2 T. milk
• 2 chicken breasts
• cooking spray
• Ranch dressing, blue cheese or sour cream, for serving, optional

Steps

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil; lightly spray foil with cooking spray.
2. Cut chicken into strips, about 3/4 inch wide.
3. Crush Doritos into small pieces (but not powder) until there are 1 1/2 cups .
