Peanut Butter Caramel Toffee Chocolate Chip Cookie Bars

Description
Your mind will be blown after your first bite of the mouth watering cookie bars. They are full of everyone's favorite things, chocolate, peanut butter, toffee and caramel.
Ingredients
Caramel Filling:
11 oz. bag vanilla caramels, unwrapped
14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
4 T. butter
Cookie Dough:
12 T. unsalted butter
2 c. light brown sugar
1/2 c. creamy peanut butter
2 eggs, at room temperature
1 T. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 c. old fashioned oats
2 1/2 t. baking powder
1 t. salt
2 c. chocolate chips
1 c. Reese's peanut butter chips
1 c. Heath toffee bits

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a 9x13 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
Place unwrapped caramels in a small saucepan with butter and sweetened condensed milk; cook over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally, until caramels have fully melted and mixture is smooth.
Cream butter and sugar together in a large mixing bowl; add peanut butter; continue mixing.
Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each egg; add vanilla.
Combine flour, oats, baking powder and salt in a small mixing bowl. Add flour mixture, slowly stirring until well combined. Stir in chocolate chips, peanut butter chips and toffee bits.
Spread 2/3 of the dough on the bottom of the prepared pan. Slowly pour caramel mixture evenly over the dough. Drop remaining dough on top using a teaspoon.
Bake for about 30 minutes. Let cool completely. Cut into 24 bars.
