These decadent peanut butter fingers are quick and easy to make. They're great to serve to a crowd who will absolutely love them. They taste a lot like Reese's Peanut Butter Cups.
Ingredients
- 1 c. butter, softened
- 1 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 1/2 c. creamy peanut butter, divided
- 1 large egg
- 1 1/2 t. vanilla extract
- 2 1/2 c. quick cooking oats
- 2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 t. baking soda
- 1/2 t. salt
- Chocolate Frosting:
- 6 T. butter, softened
- 4 c. powdered sugar
- 1/2 c. baking cocoa
- 1 t. vanilla extract
- 6 - 8 T. milk
Steps
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 15x10x1 inch baking pan.
- In a large bowl, cream butter and both sugars together until light and fluffy. Beat in 1 c. peanut butter, egg and vanilla.
- In another bowl, combine oats, flour, baking soda and salt; gradually add to creamed mixture, beating well after each addition.
