Ingredients

  • 1 spice cake mix
  • 16 oz. can pumpkin puree
  • 3 eggs
  • canned cream cheese frosting

Steps

  1. Mix all cake ingredients together; place in the Deep Covered Baker. Microwave on high for 13 minutes, UNCOVERED.
  2. Let stand for several minutes; invert on platter.
  3. Frost with canned cream cheese frosting.
