Dissolve each box of jello in its own small plastic container (using 1 c. boiling water per flavor). Chill overnight or until Jello has set, at least 4 hours.
When set, cut each of the different flavors into small squares/cubes. Using a 9 x 13 glass dish, mix the squares/cubes gently together, being careful to not break them.
In a medium bowl, dissolve 2 envelopes of unflavored gelatin in 2 c. hot water; let the hot mixture cool slightly; mix in the sweetened condensed milk.
Let cool completely. It should be cool to the touch.
Pour condensed milk and gelatin mixture over the Jello squares/cubes. Chill in the refrigerator overnight.
Cut into 24 servings.
Serve.
Tips:
DON'T use the traditional 2 cups boiling water per box that is typically used when making jello for the jello cubes.
Be sure to let the condensed milk mixture cool COMPLETELY or it will melt the colored Jello cubes.
Use a bundt pan for for a really pretty Stained Glass Jello mold.
