This dish would make a great Thanksgiving, Christmas morning, Sunday or any day breakfast. It's easy to make and delicious.
2 - 12 oz. cans cinnamon rolls
4 eggs
1/2 c. milk
3 T. maple syrup
2 t. vanilla
1 t. cinnamon
non-stick cooking spray
Open cinnamon rolls; set aside the icing packets.
Cut each cinnamon roll into quarters.
Spray 6 quart crock pot with non-stick spray. Place half of the cinnamon rolls in the bottom of the crock pot.
In a small bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, syrup, vanilla and cinnamon; pour over the rolls in the crock pot. Place the remaining cinnamon rolls on top. Drizzle one icing packet over the rolls.
Cover the crock pot. Cook on low for 2 - 2 1/2 hours.
Remove cover; drizzle remaining icing packet over the cinnamon rolls.
Serve immediately.
