Ingredients

• fresh rosemary
• mixed/different varieties and colors of olives
• cherry/grape tomatoes
• mini-mozzarella balls
• flaky sea salt
• freshly ground black pepper
• olive oil

Steps

1. Lay a ring of fresh rosemary around the edge of a round platter or plate, creating the "wreath." Fill in with olives, tomatoes and mozzarella balls. Use as much as possible while still maintaining a wreath shape.
2. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
