fresh rosemary
mixed/different varieties and colors of olives
cherry/grape tomatoes
mini-mozzarella balls
flaky sea salt
freshly ground black pepper
olive oil
Lay a ring of fresh rosemary around the edge of a round platter or plate, creating the "wreath." Fill in with olives, tomatoes and mozzarella balls. Use as much as possible while still maintaining a wreath shape.
Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
