Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Set out 3 wide, deep plates or bowls. Pour flour on the first plate; whisk eggs and milk in the second plate; on the third plate, combine bread crumbs, cheese, garlic powder, salt and pepper.

Coat ravioli with the flour, then egg/milk mixture, and lastly, the bread crumb mixture.

Place ravioli on the prepared baking sheet.

Choose cooking method: Cook ravioli in the air fryer or fry the ravioli in oil.

8 servings.

Air Fryer:
Spray breaded ravioli on both sides with cooking spray. Place ravioli in a single layer in the basket of the air fryer. Fry at 350 degrees for 10 minutes, flipping them halfway through. Remove from the air fryer.

Serve, topped with Parmesan cheese and parsley with a side of marinara sauce.

Frying in Oil:
Place the pan of breaded ravioli in the freezer for 30 minutes.

In a large, heavy-bottom pot, heat 2 inches of oil to 350 degrees.

Working in batches of 3-4, fry ravioli in oil for 2-3 minutes. You may need to let the oil heat up to 350 degrees again after each batch of fried ravioli.

Using a slotted spoon, remove ravioli from the oil and place on a paper towel-lined plate to dry.

Serve, topped with Parmesan cheese and parsley with a side of marinara sauce.
