cooking spray
all-purpose flour, for dusting the dough and cutting board
8 oz. tube crescent dough
8 oz. brie cheese wheel, including the rind if desired for a great texture

2-3 T. honey
chunky sea salt, for garnish
roughly chopped fresh thyme sprigs, for garnish
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray mini muffin tins with cooking spray.

Cut brie while cold into small pieces; place a piece inside each crescent dough square. Top with a spoonful of jam.
Bake until dough is a light golden brown, about 15 minutes.
Let cool for just a few minutes.
Serve warm, drizzled with honey and garnished with thyme and sea salt.
