No-Cook Cranberry Orange Relish

Description

This relish is sweet, tart and very refreshing. It's loaded with vitamin C, more so than cooked cranberry sauce.

Ingredients

  • 1 bag fresh cranberries
  • 1 whole navel orange, with skin on, washed and cut into chunks
  • 1/2 c. shelled pecans or walnuts
  • 1/3 c. mild honey, like clover honey

Steps

  1. Place all ingredients in a food processor. Pulse; blend until there is a uniform, very finely chopped mixture with a crunchy texture.
  2. Chill.
  3. 8 servings.
