Description
This relish is sweet, tart and very refreshing. It's loaded with vitamin C, more so than cooked cranberry sauce.
Ingredients
- 1 bag fresh cranberries
- 1 whole navel orange, with skin on, washed and cut into chunks
- 1/2 c. shelled pecans or walnuts
- 1/3 c. mild honey, like clover honey
Steps
- Place all ingredients in a food processor. Pulse; blend until there is a uniform, very finely chopped mixture with a crunchy texture.
- Chill.
- 8 servings.
