Description

Is it a salad or a dessert? Who cares? It tastes delicious. The candy can be omitted if serving it as a salad, if desired. It's like a caramel apple on a stick, minus the stick.

Ingredients

• 3 oz. package Butterscotch, Caramel or Vanilla Instant Pudding, dry, not prepared
• 8-10 oz. crushed pineapple with its juices
• 8 oz. Cool Whip
• 1 c. salted peanuts
• 1 c. mini marshmallows
• 1 c. chopped Snickers candy bars
• 3 medium Granny Smith apples, cubed with the peelings
• caramel sauce, for drizzling

Steps

1. In a medium bowl, mix the dry instant butterscotch pudding mix with the crushed pineapple until the pudding thickens. Fold in Cool Whip until combined. Stir in peanuts, marshmallows and Snickers.
2. Serve, garnished with caramel sauce.
3. 8-10 servings.
