Description
You don't need to live on the West Coast to enjoy this dish. It's made in a wonderful sauce made from ginger, orange juice and soy sauce. Serve it with rice or your favorite sides.
Ingredients
- 1 c. frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
- 1/3 c. butter, melted
- 4 t. soy sauce
- 2 t. salt
- 2 t. ground ginger
- 1/4 t. pepper
- 5 lb. bone-in chicken thighs, skin removed
Steps
- Sauce:
- In a small bowl, combine the first six ingredients.
- Place chicken thighs in a single layer in two greased 11x7-inch baking dishes; spoon sauce over the top. Cover; refrigerate overnight.
