Description
This is a no-bake Easter or Spring treat that is fun to make. It's so cute, they could be the centerpiece of your holiday table.
Ingredients
- 2 c. chow mein noodles (or pretzel sticks)
- 1 c. milk chocolate chips
- 1 c. butterscotch chips*
- non-stick cooking spray
- 12 oz. bag mini-Cadbury eggs (any color of Cadbury eggs can be used)
- yellow frosting, for the beaks
Steps
- Place chow mein noodles in a large bowl.
- In another bowl, melt chocolate and butterscotch chips at 50% power for 1 minute or until melted or melt over a double broiler. Stir until smooth. Reserve about 1 T. melted milk chocolate.
- Pour milk chocolate and butterscotch over chow mein noodles; stir until coated.
