Ingredients
- 16 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 2 - 4.5 oz. canned green chiles
- 2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded, divided
- 1 t. garlic, minced
- ¼ t. cumin
- ¼ t. salt
- ¼ t. black pepper
Steps
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, 1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, green chiles, garlic, cumin, salt and pepper.
- Spread mixture in a shallow baking dish; top with the remaining cheese.
