16 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 - 4.5 oz. canned green chiles
2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded, divided
1 t. garlic, minced
¼ t. cumin
¼ t. salt
¼ t. black pepper
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, 1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, green chiles, garlic, cumin, salt and pepper.
Spread mixture in a shallow baking dish; top with the remaining cheese.
Bake for 20 minutes or until the dip is heated through and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serve.
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
