These little dessert gems are easy to make, don't require baking and best of all, they are delicious.
14 oz. package Oreo cookies
8 oz. package cream cheese
2 c. white chocolate chips
2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
optional crushed Oreos, sprinkles or nuts for topping
Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
Add Oreo cookies to a food processor; pulse until fine crumbs; add the cream cheese; mix until fully combined.
Using a small cookie scoop, scoop out 1 inch balls; place on a sheet of parchment paper. Roll each ball in your hands. Freeze for about 20 minutes.
In a medium size bowl, melt chocolate chips 30 seconds at a time until smooth and melted.
Use a toothpick to dip each Oreo ball in the chocolate; place on the parchment paper lined cookie sheet to let set. Top with crushed Oreos, sprinkles or nuts if desired.
24 servings.
Storage: place in an airtight container, using wax paper to separate layers. They can be frozen for up to 2 months.
