This is a perfect cocktail for summer, or really anytime. It's bright, bubbly and not too sweet. Serve it with a twist of lemon and a sprig of thyme.
1 oz. St. Germain
1 oz. Capitoline Rosé Vermouth
3/4 oz. freshly squeezed lemon juice
3 oz. dry Prosecco
lemon twist
sprig of thyme
ice cubes
Add ice cubes, St. Germain, vermouth and lemon juice to a cocktail shaker; shake well.
Strain into a double old-fashioned glass with a large ice cubes. Add Prosecco to the glass; lightly stir.
Serve, garnished with a lemon twist and a sprig of thyme.
