Description

This cocktail is a popular one at the famous Founding Farmers Restaurant in Washington, D.C. It's a great one any time of the year, but especially when you need a refreshing cocktail in the summer.

Ingredients

• 2 oz. Pearl Cucumber Flavored Vodka
• 1 oz. simple syrup
• 1/2 oz. good quality ginger ale (or ginger beer)
• 1/2 oz. lemon juice
• 1 oz. sparkling water
• 1 slice cucumber
• 1 cantaloupe ball

Steps

1. Add ice cubes to a cocktail shaker; pour in vodka, simple syrup, ginger ale and lemon juice; cover; shake vigorously. 

2. Strain into an old fashion glass; add ice and some sparkling water.
3. Serve, garnished with a cucumber slice and cantaloupe ball.
