  • 3 oz. fresh cucumber juice
  • lime and cucumber wedges, for garnish

Steps

  1. Cucumber juice:
  2. Juice the peeled cucumbers in a juicer (like a NutriBullet) or a blender. If using a blender, add cucumbers; blend for about 30-45 seconds until it's thick juice. Strain the pulp from the juice by placing a fine mesh strainer over a bowl. Gently push on the pulp using a spoon or spatula.
