Make a sweet treat that everyone will love without even turning on your oven. They take very little time and effort to make.
14 oz. package Oreo cookies
8 oz. package cream cheese, at room temperature
2 c. white chocolate chips, melted for drizzling
2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted for chocolate coating
crushed Oreo cookies, for topping
Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
In a food processor, add Oreos; pulse until fine crumbs; add cream cheese; continue until fully combined.
Using a small cookie scoop, scoop out about 24 one inch balls, rolling out each ball in your hands; place on a sheet of parchment paper. Freeze for about 20 minutes.
In a medium sized bowl, melt semi-sweet chocolate chips in 30 second intervals until smooth and melted.
Use a toothpick to dip each ball into the melted chocolate; place on the cookie sheet to set.
Drizzle with melted white chocolate chips and sprinkle on crushed Oreos, as desired.
24 servings.
Tips: To store Oreo balls, place them in an airtight container, using wax paper to separate layers. They can frozen for up to 2 months.
