Description
This delicious, simple to prepare summer treat doesn't require heating up the kitchen but lets the refrigerator do the work. Scatter the berries around or place them in a flag design, if desired.
Ingredients
- 19 oz. graham crackers
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 2 (3.4 oz.) boxes vanilla instant pudding, dry
- 2 1/2 c. cold milk
- 12 oz. Cool Whip, divided
- 3 c. fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1 1/2 c. fresh blueberries
- 2 oz. white chocolate chips
Steps
- Use a mixer to beat together cream cheese and dry pudding mixes in large bowl until well blended; gradually beat in milk; stir in Cool Whip, reserving 1/2 c. of the Cool Whip.
- Use the reserved Cool Whip to spread a thin layer on the bottom of a 9x13 pan, just coating the bottom of the pan.
- Layer 5 graham crackers across the center of the pan, then 2 more, breaking crackers as needed to fit around the edges.
