Description
Pimm's Cup was created in the 1840's by a London bar owner and is especially enjoyed now in New Orleans. It's a refreshing cocktail on hot days from the Southern heat.
Ingredients
2 oz. Pimm’s No. 1 (gin)
1/2 oz. freshly squeezed lemon juice
ice
ginger ale, to top (or ginger beer)
Garnishes: cucumber slice, mint sprig, strawberry, basil sprig, lemon slice, orange slice

Add Pimm’s No. 1 and lemon juice into a highball glass over ice; top with ginger ale; stir to combine.
Garnish with choice of a cucumber slice, mint sprig, strawberry, basil sprig, lemon slice, orange slice.

*The ginger ale and lemon juice could be replaced with sparkling lemonade for another equally refreshing drink.
