Description

Use a store bought brownie mix to make a yummy dessert reminiscent of the well known campfire treat. It's great to take to potlucks or serve at home for special days.

Ingredients

• non-stick cooking spray
• 9 whole graham crackers, broken into halves, (18 pieces total) divided
• 18.3 oz. package chewy fudge brownie mix
• 1/4 c. water
• 2/3 c. vegetable oil
• 2 large eggs
• 2 c. (12 oz. package) semi-sweet chocolate morsels, divided
• 2 c. mini-marshmallows

Steps

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Line 13 x 9" metal baking pan with aluminum foil, leaving an overhang on 2 sides; spray foil with cooking spray.
3. Place 15 graham cracker halves in the bottom of pan, overlapping slightly. Break remaining 3 graham cracker halves into 1/2 pieces; set aside.
