Description
These aren't just blondies, they are blondies at the next level. They are simple to make and so addicting, you'll need to make them often.
Ingredients
- 2 sticks unsalted butter, melted
- 2 c. brown sugar
- 1 t. vanilla
- 1/2 c. malted milk powder
- 2 large eggs, at room temperature
- 1/2 t. salt
- 2 c. all-purpose flour
- 18 fun-sized Kit Kat candy bars, 14 for the pan and 4 roughly chopped
- 2 oz. dark chocolate, chopped into small pieces
- 1 t. vegetable oil
- 2 T. malted milk powder
Steps
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line 11″ x 7“ baking pan with parchment paper; lightly grease; set aside.
- In a large bowl, cream together butter, sugar and vanilla extract. Fold in malted milk powder. Add eggs; beat well.
- Gently stir in flour and salt, stirring just until flour begins to disappear.
