You won't be able to resist this soft, buttery cake with a cinnamon, crunchy topping. It's so easy to make, you'll make it often.
Ingredients
- Cake:
- 2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 t. baking powder
- 1 t. kosher salt
- 1 c. milk
- 1 t. vanilla extract
- 2 T. unsalted butter, melted and semi-cooled
- Topping:
- 1/2 c. unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 T. ground cinnamon
Steps
- Cake:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 10x10 inch baking pan.
- Whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a large bowl. Stir in milk, vanilla and butter. Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake 25 minutes.
