You won't be able to resist this soft, buttery cake with a cinnamon, crunchy topping. It's so easy to make, you'll make it often.

Ingredients

• Cake:
• 2 c. all-purpose flour
• 1 c. sugar
• 2 t. baking powder
• 1 t. kosher salt
• 1 c. milk
• 1 t. vanilla extract
• 2 T. unsalted butter, melted and semi-cooled
• Topping:
• 1/2 c. unsalted butter, melted
• 1/2 c. sugar
• 1 T. ground cinnamon

Steps

1. Cake:
2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 10x10 inch baking pan.
3. Whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a large bowl. Stir in milk, vanilla and butter. Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake 25 minutes.
