No-Bake Peanut Butter Pie

This 5 star dessert is great for the holidays or any time of the year. It's an easy no-bake pie with an Oreo crust and a creamy peanut butter and cream cheese filling.

Ingredients

8 oz. package cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. peanut butter
1 t. vanilla extract
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
8 oz. container Cool Whip, thawed
2 c. chopped peanut butter cups, mini or regular size peanut butter cups, divided
Oreo or chocolate graham cracker pie crust, store bought

Beat cream cheese and peanut butter with an electric mixer until smooth; add vanilla; mix. Add powdered sugar; beat until smooth.

Fold in Cool Whip until blended; fold in 1 1/2 c. chopped peanut butter cups.
Spread filling into crust.

Sprinkle remaining chopped peanut butter cups on top.

Refrigerate for 2 - 4 hours.

Serve.
