Rocky Road Fudge is the perfect holiday recipe. It's easy to make, quick and takes just a few ingredients. Best of all, it's sinfully delicious!
3 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
1 1/2 c. mini-marshmallows
3/4 c. peanuts
Line an 8x8 inch pan with parchment paper.
In a medium saucepan, combine chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk; cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until smooth and chocolate is melted. Remove from heat. Add marshmallows and peanuts; stir.
Pour mixture into the prepared pan. Sprinkle add-ons over the top, if desired.
Let cool completely to set before cutting into 24 pieces.
24 servings.
Store in an air-tight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
