Description

Make this vintage after dinner cocktail easily at home. It's like an adult dessert with vanilla ice cream, Creme de Menthe, Creme de Cacao and choice of garnishes.

Ingredients

• 1 oz. Crème de Menthe
• 1 oz. Crème de Cacao
• 1 1/2 c. vanilla ice cream
• chocolate syrup, whipped cream and chocolate curls, for optional garnish

Steps

1. Combine ingredients in a blender until it's the consistency of a milkshake.
2. Pour into a glass. Garnish with chocolate syrup, whipped cream and chocolate curls, if desired.
3. Makes 1 cocktail.
