Chocolate Martini
Description
This decadent martini is shaken, not stirred! Enjoy it after dinner, almost like a dessert. It's a wonderful way to celebrate any day.
Ingredients
1 c. ice
4 oz. Baileys Irish Cream
4 oz. Godiva Chocolate Liqueur
8 oz. vodka
3 T. chocolate syrup or ganache
shaved chocolate, for optional garnish

Pour chocolate syrup in a shallow plate/bowl; drag the rim of the glasses in it to make a chocolate rim. Drizzle lines of chocolate syrup across the inside of the martini glasses horizontally or in a zig zag pattern.
Add ice to a cocktail shaker; pour in the Baileys, Godiva Chocolate Liqueur and vodka. Shake vigorously until thoroughly chilled.
Strain cocktails into the prepared glasses. Serve, garnished with shaved chocolate, if desired.
