Peanut Butter Chocolate Fudge Earthquake Cake

Description
This cake is so decadent, rich and delicious, it'll knock you off of your feet. It's at its best when served warm with ice cream.
Ingredients
1 box Dark Chocolate Fudge Cake mix with oil, eggs and water
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. butter, softened
1/2 c. creamy peanut butter
1 t. vanilla extract
4 c. powdered sugar, divided
1/2 c. chocolate chips
1 c. mini- Reese's peanut butter cups, cut into halves
vanilla ice cream, for serving

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with a non-stick cooking spray.
In a large bowl, mix together the ingredients for the cake. Pour cake mixture into the prepared baking dish; set aside.
In a separate bowl, mix together the cream cheese, butter, peanut butter and vanilla until well mixed.
Mix in the powdered sugar, 1 c. at a time, until all 4 cups have been added.
Add the peanut butter mixture in spoonfuls to the cake mix; spread around evenly. Sprinkle the peanut butter Cup halves and chocolate chips on top.
Bake for 45-50 minutes. Check the center after 45 minutes with a wooden toothpick to see if it's done.
Serve while still warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, if desired.
