Be careful, this snack is addictive! These crackers are crunchy and savory with a buttery dill pickle seasoning that everyone will love.
2 (11 oz.) boxes mini Saltine crackers (or 22 oz. oyster crackers)
1/2 c. (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
1 oz. dry ranch dressing mix
1 T. dill pickle juice from a pickle jar
1 tT. dried dill
1 t. garlic powder
Preheat oven to 250 degrees. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter, ranch dressing mix, dill pickle juice, dried dill and garlic powder. Add the crackers. Gently toss to coat all crackers.
Transfer to the prepared baking sheet.
Bake 30 minutes, stirring gently every 10 minutes.
Cool completely.
Serve.
