In no time at all, you can have this easy to make fudge ready to enjoy. It's rich, creamy and yummy.
8 oz. unsalted butter
1 c. creamy peanut butter
1 lb. powdered sugar
Line an 8×8 inch pan with parchment paper, making sure that the paper hangs over the side making it easier to remove the fudge from the pan.
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine butter and peanut butter. Microwave for 1 minute; stir. Microwave for another minute; stir until mixture is completely smooth and incorporated.
Add in powdered sugar; stir until smooth. It’s done when it's a thick, paste-like batter.
Spread the batter in the prepared baking pan. Place a sheet of parchment paper on top of the fudge. Press with your palms to spread evenly across the pan.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Remove the fudge from the pan using the overhanging parchment paper to lift it up. Cut into small, 1" squares.
64 servings.
*There’s no need to refrigerate, unless you like your fudge cold. Store your fudge in an air-tight container and it will stay fresh for 3 to 5 days.
If you refrigerate your fudge, it will last for up to a month and up to 1 year in the freezer.
