Brown Sugar Pie
Description
This delicious, classic old fashioned pie is easy to make and uses just a few ingredients.
Ingredients
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
2 T. all-purpose flour
2 eggs
4 T. butter, melted
1/2 c. milk
1/4 t. lemon extract
9 inch pie crust, unbaked
whipped cream or ice cream, for serving if desired

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine first 6 ingredients together in a bowl; mix well using a wire whisk. Pour into unbaked pie shell.
Bake for 50 - 55 minutes. The pie will rise up while baking and after removing it from the oven it will go back down.
Serve with whipped cream or ice cream, if desired.
