This delicious appetizer is yummy and so easy to make. It can be ready in 20 minutes for your enjoyment. Make it in a glass dish to enjoy all of the beautiful colors.
16 oz. can refried beans
1 1/2 c. sour cream
1 c. favorite guacamole
1 c. favorite salsa
2 c. shredded Mexican cheese blend
2.25 oz. can sliced black olives, drained
1/2 c. sliced green onions
chopped tomato, for garnish
cilantro, for garnish, optional
Frito scoops, tortilla chips, pretzels, crackers or veggies, for serving
In a deep dish pie plate, an 8 × 8 dish, 9 × 13 dish, trifle bowl or a glass bowl, layer in order:
Spread refried beans in an evenly on the bottom of the dish.
Spread sour cream on top of the refried beans.
Spread guacamole on top of sour cream
Spread salsa on top of the guacamole.
Top salsa with an even layer of cheese.
Sprinkle sliced green onions evenly over the cheese layer.
Spread olives evenly over the green onion layer.
Garnish with tomato and optional cilantro on the top.
Cover. Refrigerate.
Serve cold with favorite dippers.
