This delicious dinner dish is easy to put together and only uses 5 ingredients. It can be on your table to feed your hungry family in less than an hour.
8 no-bake lasagna noodles
4 c. shredded chicken, rotisserie or leftover cooked chicken
4-5 c. fresh broccoli florets, chopped into small pieces
3 c. mozzarella cheese
24 oz. jar Alfredo sauce
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Spray a 9×9 baking/casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray. Spread a few tablespoons of Alfredo sauce on the bottom of the dish.
Lay 4 noodles on the bottom of the dish, breaking them in half and overlapped, if needed.
Spread half of the chicken on top of the lasagna noodles; spread half of the broccoli on top of the chicken. Pour half of the sauce over the top, making sure to get the edges and into the corners.
Top with half of the cheese, then repeat with the remaining noodles, chicken, broccoli, sauce. (DO NOT put on the last layer of cheese yet!)
Cover the dish with foil. Bake for 35-40 minutes. Remove the foil and add the remaining cheese. Cook another 15 minutes until lasagna is bubbly and cheese is nice and melted. You could also broil for 2-3 minutes to get nice browned spots on the cheese.
Allow to rest for 5-10 minutes.
Cut and serve.
