Warmer weather brings no-bake desserts and this one is truly special. It's a tasty, beautiful dessert. Make it in advance and save yourself time and worry.
Crust:
non-stick cooking spray
2 c. chocolate graham cracker crumbs
1/3 c. unsalted butter, melted
Lush:
12 oz. cream cheese, at room temperature
1/2 c. sugar
16 oz. Cool Whip from 2 tubs, thawed
3 bananas, thinly sliced into rounds
20 oz. can crushed pineapple, completely drained
1 lb. strawberries, finely chopped
Topping:
1/3 c. walnuts, toasted and chopped
chocolate syrup, for drizzling
maraschino cherries
Crust:
Thoroughly coat a 9 × 13 baking dish with non-stick spray.
In a medium bowl, blend together the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well combined and moist; press evenly into the bottom of the prepared pan. Refrigerate for 15 minutes.
Lush:
In a large bowl, use an electric mixer to beat the cream cheese and sugar together until combined and fluffy; fold in 1 tub Cool Whip. Spread evenly over the crust.
Top cream layer with an even layer each of bananas, pineapple, and strawberries, then with remaining Cool Whip.
Refrigerate until completely chilled and set, at least 4 hours but preferably overnight.
Topping:
Drizzle with chocolate syrup; add maraschino cherries and walnuts just before serving.
