Get guests in a party mood with these festive and fun little drinks. They're easy to make and delicious.

Ingredients

• 4 envelopes Knox gelatin, divided
• 2 3/4 c. pineapple juice, divided
• 1/4 c. grenadine
• 1 c. whipped cream vodka (or regular, cake or vanilla vodka)
• Maraschino cherries, for garnish
• 2 oz. small plastic cups

Steps

1. Place 18 plastic cups on a baking sheet or in muffin tins.
2. In a medium saucepan, whisk together 3/4 c. pineapple juice and 1 envelope of Knox gelatin; stir in grenadine. Heat over medium-low heat until just steamy.
3. Pour evenly between the plastic cups in a thin layer. Transfer to the refrigerator to chill for 1 hour.
