10 oz. grape tomatoes, halved or quartered
4 oz. fresh mozzarella cheese, cubed
1/2 c. fresh basil leaves, (about 25 small leaves), torn
2 T. extra virgin olive oil
1 T. balsamic vinegar or balsamic glaze
sea salt, to taste
In a medium bowl, toss together the tomatoes, fresh mozzarella and basil leaves; add olive oil to bowl; toss together.
Drizzle the balsamic vinegar over the salad.
Season with salt, to taste.
