Description
This is the perfect vegetable side dish to make for large gatherings. It's almost effortless and so delicious.
Ingredients
- 6-8 ears fresh corn on the cob in their husks
- olive oil
- salt and pepper
- 2/3 c. water
- butter, to taste
Steps
- Husk all of the ears of corn. Lightly brush corn with olive oil; season with salt and pepper.
- Pour 2/3 c. water in the slow cooker; add in corn cobs; cover.
- Cook 3-4 hours on High. When corn is a bright yellow and hot, stir in butter to taste.
