These potato wedges are easy to make and irresistibly delicious and crispy with Italian seasoning, garlic powder and Parmesan cheese.
Ingredients
- 3-4 large, clean russet potatoes, sliced into wedges
- 4 T. olive oil
- 2 t. salt
- 2 t. garlic powder
- 2 t. Italian seasoning
- 1/2 c. shredded Parmesan cheese
- freshly chopped parsley
- Ranch dressing, for dipping
Steps
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Lightly grease a large baking sheet; set aside.
- Place potato wedges in a large bowl; drizzle with olive oil; toss to coat.
- In a small bowl, whisk together salt, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning; sprinkle potatoes with the cheese; toss to coat; sprinkle with the seasoning mixture; toss.
