Sesame Garlic Ramen Noodles

Description

This easy and quick dish is great for a light lunch or dinner. It's simple to add ingredients like veggies or chicken to your own taste.

Ingredients

  • 2 - 3 oz. packages Ramen noodles, seasoning packet discarded
  • 2 t. sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 c. soy sauce, low-sodium
  • 1 t. brown sugar
  • 2 t. Sriracha, or to taste

Steps

  1. Cook Ramen noodles without the seasoning packet as directed on package; drain; set aside.
  2. Heat sesame oil in a small skillet or saucepan over medium heat. Cook the garlic, stirring constantly for 2 minutes.
  3. Remove from the heat; whisk in the soy sauce, brown sugar, and Sriracha until combined. Toss the noodles in the sauce.
