These French Dip Sandwiches will make everyone happy. They are flavorful, even better the next day and so easy to make.
Ingredients
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 1/2 lb. rump roast
- 10.5 oz. can French onion condensed soup
- 10.5 oz. can beef broth
- French Dip Sandwich:
- 4 hoagie buns, sliced lengthwise
- 8-12 slices Provolone cheese
Steps
- Place the chopped onions in the slow cooker.
- Pat the rump roast dry with paper towels; place on top of the onions in the slow cooker. Pour the condensed soup and beef broth over the roast.
- Cover; cook on Low for 6 hours.
