Description
These roasted vegetables are special, delicious and savory and would make a wonderful side dish anytime but especially on holidays.
Ingredients
- 2 lb. Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 1/4 c. melted butter
- 2 T. olive oil
- 4 whole garlic cloves, roughly cut
- 1/2 t. black pepper
- 1/4 t. salt
- 1/4 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Steps
- Preheat oven to 475 degrees F.
- Trim and halve Brussels sprouts; place in a large bowl.
- Roughly cut the garlic cloves into 4 - 5 pieces each; place in the bowl.
