This spread is to die for! Enjoy it on toast, pumpkin bread, bagels, English muffins, graham cracker or apple slices.
4 oz. cream cheese, at room temperature
3 T. brown sugar
2 T. pure maple syrup
1/4 c. canned pumpkin
1/2 t. pumpkin pie spice
1/4 t. cinnamon
1/4 t. vanilla extract
In a small bowl, beat softened cream cheese, sugar, and syrup together until smooth and creamy. Add the canned pumpkin, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon and vanilla; beat until smooth.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Makes 1 cup.
