Why buy store bought hummus when it's so easy to make yourself? It takes very little effort and tastes much more delicious too.

3 T. tahini
2 T. olive oil, plus more for serving
1 T. freshly squeezed lemon juice
1/4 c. water
3 cloves garlic, crushed
1/2 t. ground cumin, optional
pinch paprika
1 sprig fresh parsley, chopped

Transfer to a bowl; sprinkle on paprika and parsley. Drizzle on more olive oil, if desired.
Serve with pita bread or or veggies.
*For a thinner hummus, add a bit more water or the liquid from the chickpeas. After refrigeration, it will thicken up.
