There's no need to spend big bucks buying this when it's so easily made at home. In about 5 minutes, you can enjoy all the delicious fall flavors without even leaving your own kitchen.
1/2 c. vanilla yogurt
2 oz. canned pumpkin puree from a 15 oz. can, frozen (2 cubes)
1/2 frozen banana, cut into pieces
1 T. maple syrup
1/4 t. pumpkin pie spice
whipped cream , pumpkin pie spice and a cinnamon stick, for garnish
In Advance:
Freeze pumpkin puree by dividing a 15 oz. can into ice cube trays; freeze. (It will fill more than 1 tray.)
Combine all ingredients, except for the cinnamon stick, in a blender; blend until smooth.
Pour into a glass. Serve, garnished with whipped cream, a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice and a cinnamon stick.
