This cocktail first appeared in a NYC bar in the 1980's. It got its French name because it's made with Chambord, which is a raspberry liqueur from France.
2 oz. good quality vodka
1/4 oz. Chambord black raspberry liqueur
1 3/4 oz. pineapple juice
1-2 raspberries, for garnish
Add the vodka, Chambord liquer and pineapple juice to an ice filled shaker; shake until chilled.

Serve with fresh raspberries, for garnish.
