If you love Rocky Road ice cream, you'll love this Rocky Road Chocolate Bark. It's so much better than the store bought stuff and makes a great hostess gift during the holidays.

Ingredients

• 16 oz. good-quality milk or semi-sweet chocolate, finely chopped (like Ghiradelli or Lindt)
• 1 c. mini marshmallows
• 1 c. coarsely chopped walnuts

Steps

1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper; set aside.
2. Melt the chocolate over a double boiler or in 30 second intervals in the microwave on 50% power, stirring after each.
3. Once the chocolate is melted, remove from the heat; let sit for a few minutes to cool slightly, stirring occasionally. Add marshmallows and walnuts; stir.
