Description

This healthy air fryer broccoli will be a hit, possibly even with those who typically aren't broccoli fans. It's tender with deliciously roasted flavors, so you'll want to add it to your weekly dinners.

Ingredients

12 oz. fresh broccoli florets, cut or torn into even, very small pieces, 3/4 to 1 inch size
2 T. extra virgin olive oil
1/4 t. garlic powder
1/4 t. onion powder
1/8 t. kosher salt
1/8 t. freshly ground black pepper
fresh lemon slices, freshly grated Parmesan cheese, optional garnishes

Combine all ingredients in a bowl; toss well to fully coat seasonings on the broccoli florets.

Pour 1 T. water into the bottom of the air fryer pan to help prevent smoking.

Add the broccoli mixture evenly into the air fryer basket. Set to 400 degrees F for 6 minutes. Once timer goes off, remove the basket.

Serve, sprinkled with a dash of fresh lemon juice or freshly grated Parmesan cheese, if desired.
