Use your air fryer to cook cauliflower florets for a quick and easy side dish or even an appetizer. They are deliciously roasted, tender on the inside, crispy on the outside, and tossed in simple seasonings.
1 small head cauliflower, cut into florets
1 T. olive oil
1/2 t. paprika
1/2 t. cumin
1/2 t. garlic powder
1/2 t. salt
1/4 t. black pepper
lemon wedges, for serving
Preheat an air fryer to 380 degrees F.
Place the cauliflower florets in a large bowl; add the olive oil and seasonings; toss.
Transfer the cauliflower to the air fryer; arrange in one single layer, cook in 2 batches, if necessary. Cook until crisp tender with browned edges, shaking the basket halfway through, 15-18 minutes.
Serve immediately with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice on top, if desired.
4 servings.
*If making as an appetizer, serve it with your favorite dipping sauce.
